Terms and Conditions
HEALTHY PET SUPPLIES.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders received by Healthy Pet Supplies. Goods are supplied on the understanding that these Terms and Conditions apply.
DELIVERY.
Orders will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Normally within 48 hours.
Please remember deliveries are dependant on Royal Mail Services.
Charges refer to UK Only.
Overseas delivery subject to additional charges.
Deliveries to Europe Minimum cost £5.50, Rest of World £10.00
PAYMENTS
Secure payments powered by WorldPay.
You can use credit or debit cards.
You can also pay by cheque but we reserve the right to delay despatch until the cheque has cleared.
Cheques accepted in UK Pounds Sterling only.
LOSS or DAMAGE.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Any problem with your order, please contact us within 15 days.
Goods may only be returned if the tamper proof seal is un-broken.
If you order in error, goods may be returned only if they are in good condition and the seal is unbroken. A refund excluding carriage will be sent out within 30 days.
REFUNDS.
Under the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may cancel your order and request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned in good condition with the tamper proof seal intact and request a refund in writing. A refund excluding carriage will be sent out within 30 days.
LAW.
The Sale of Goods between Healthy Pet Supplies and the buyer shall be governed by English Law.
FORCE MAJEURE.
Healthy Pet Supplies will not be liable for any problems due to circumstances beyond our control.
SECURITY.
Healthy Pet Supplies do not hold your credit card information on our database. Credit card transaction are processed by our trusted third party e-commerce provider WORLDPAY, which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland.
PRIVACY NOTICE.
Healthy Pet Supplies will respect your privacy. Any information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any other party.
Any information you give to Healthy Pet Supplies will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. It will be used only to process your order and keep you informed.
